Smut Not Smurfs of the Day: A man in Utah was left blue-faced after inadvertently playing a pornographic video for his child’s friends in lieu of The Smurfs.
The Tremonton resident was reportedly attempting to screen a rented DVD of The Smurfs at a birthday party for his kid, but ended up projecting some porn instead.
Police found the DVD to be in working order, and concluded that the incident was merely an unfortunate accident. “He smurfed up,” Police Chief Dave Nance did not say, despite having a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to do so.
